Refund Policy

PMR Racing RETURN POLICY


PMR MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR ANY RETURNS OR PROBLEMS. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.

THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OR REFUND ON CUSTOM BUILT ITEMS, THIS INCLUDES ENGINE PARTS, BODYWORK, WHEELS, BRAKE OR ANY OTHER CUSTOM MADE PARTS.
SPECIAL ORDERED items are FINAL SALE and EXEMPT from Return, Credit or Refund.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
RETURNS/EXCHANGES for purchases that originally qualified for FREE shipping may be responsible for the original outgoing shipping costs
There will be NO CREDIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR CASH REFUNDS. (Ie: Your monthly statement will NOT show any credit when you return an item) only your account with RBM will show a credit of merchandise or exchange for the same value.
ALL returns MUST HAVE A PRIOR Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. When calling for a return authorization number, please have your invoice number ready.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number AND COPY OF INVOICE must accompany all returns. Returns will not be accepted without return approval.
Parts authorized for a return must be uninstalled and in original condition and have original packaging. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Returns will be at the customer’s expense freight prepaid. All claims for shipping damage must be placed with the carrier.
If the return is not the error of PMR there is a 20% restocking fee.
If you use a debit/credit card payment method the processing fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable.
